LS5601

The LS5601, that operates in both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency bands, is a fully integrated RF front end module (FEM) incorporating a low noise amplifier (LNA) and a single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch. Its superior RF performance achieved by GaAs PHEMT process, along with its small form factor, reduced bill of materials and low cost makes it an ideal choice for a broad range of wireless applications such as portable devices, routers, access points, gateways, and audio/video systems .

The LS5601 is provided in a small 2.5x2.5 mm, 16 pin QFN (Quad Flat No-Lead) package.
